No matter what you’ve done, no matter how bad you’ve blown it, God stands ready to accept and forgive you. He is waiting for you and His door is wide open. Becoming a Christian is not about cleaning up your act and trying to become a good person. It’s not some crazy sin-management system. Actually, we can never be good enough to reach God’s standard of perfection. Instead, we stand before God with a bunch of broken pieces in our hands. When you hand those pieces over to Him, He can change your life! God does all the work. God puts all the pieces of our lives back together. God is the one who makes us perfectly clean inside. God is in the business of restoring broken lives, including yours. Nick Vujicic (Be the Hands and Feet – Living Out God’s Love for All His Children)

You can accomplish more in one hour with God than one lifetime without Him. (God’s Little Instruction Book) – With God all things are possible (Matthew 19:26b)

Decisions can take you out of God’s will but never out of His reach. (God’s Little Instruction Book) – If we are faithless, He will remain faithful, for he cannot disown himself (2 Timothy 2:13)

Prayers and Intercessions

Prayer for Today
Almighty and everliving God, increase in us Your gift of faith, that abandoning what lies behind and reaching out to what is before, we may run the way of Your commandments and win the crown of everlasting joy; through Jesus Christ our Lord, Who lives and reigns with You and the Holy Spirit, one God, now and for ever. Amen.

Prayer for the Worldwide Anglican Church
We pray for the Church in the Province of the West Indies (vacant).

Diocesan Prayer Care
We pray for Retired Clergy – the Reverend Bruce Graham, the Reverend Canon Dr. Lettie James, and the Reverend Roslyn Macgregor.

Prayer for our Church Family
Father, be with us today as we go about our daily tasks. Help us to remember that you are with us always and you have a purpose for every life. Help us use our gifts to your glory so that your name will be praised. Help us to look forward to where we are going and not dwell on where we have been. Amen.

Prayer Team
For those who wish to pray with someone, a prayer team is available after the Service in the left-hand corner of the Sanctuary. The Prayer Team scheduled for today is: Don & Christopher
