A Welcoming Message From the Reverend Christopher Belle

“But I say unto you, Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you. For everyone that asketh, receiveth, and he that seeketh, findeth; and to him that knocketh, it shall be opened”.
Matthew 6:9

Greetings, and welcome to St. Joseph of Nazareth Anglican Church. We are located at 725 Boulevard Provencher in beautiful Brossard, Quebec, where we have been since 1965. We serve our community with faith, love and a strong desire to discern and do God’s will.

We feel that the Lord has called us “To bring the good news of God’s love and salvation to all and to serve others as He leads”. This is taken from the mission statement that was prayerfully crafted by representatives of our parish. We remain committed to the work God has given us.

Our Lord promises us that He hears our prayers. Moreover, He promises to answer our prayers, to guide us as we seek to do His will, and to make a way for His servants, particularly when there seems to be no way. This promise, made on the Sermon on the Mount (Matthew 5-7), has stood the test of time, and must be our guiding principle in all that we do in His precious name.

With that in mind, we forge ahead, with the Saviour as our guide. We hope and pray that you will join us, and experience the abundance of God’s saving grace.

Rejoice in the Lord always. Again, I say to you, rejoice!

Yours in Christ,
Rev. Christopher Belle
